I've been a member of Solid sound for too many years to remember but wouldn't go anywhere else for music for my STEP and aerobics classes. The music is consistently good and well recorded so no 'Pinky and Perky' imitations (for those of us old enough to remember their singing!!). Most choices of music are covered - my only critiscm would be that senior classes are not all old time favourites - I'm 50 and teach 3 classes a week to all ages (ranges from 18 to 74) so something to suit all ages would be great.... The music works because its the original singers, mixed well and suitable for all classes - keep up the good work.

Lee Moore - Instructors of the free world hear my cry . . .

Having just upped my game in the fitness industry with 24 regular classes and week and a bag full of cover work ,the last thing I need to be doing is scrapping around looking for music to fill a fit fight, step, hi lo or flexibar session, fortunately I have Solid Sound UK in my corner and the results speak for  themselves, class numbers are up and master class bookings are in abundance “is it because of me probably” is it helped by having the best music company and mixed music around, for sure!

Yes there are other music companies around but to be honest when you have the dedication and effort put in by all at Solid Sound UK you know you have made the right choice.

Tell me honestly you can’t kick ass with Step V2 by larz Vol 1 and 2 and bust your moves with High/Lo Thai-bo Best of 2006 ( compete classic CD anyone should not be teaching without this in your collection) Just to put this into context on a Monday night William Penn Rickmansworth to a packed room I take Sexy Step a full on dance style hardcore head banging full throttle step session, in that crowd I have 15 girls 18 to 25 and 20 men and women 25 to 45 and one little old lady 76, every week she is a god amongst men, and every week at the end of the class she comes up to me and says “ I took out some of the spins to keep up but I love it and the music kicks ass! She is 76 and she loves the sounds as much as the 18 year old babes, now if that’s not what is all about tell me what it is ………

Clare Tams  - Clare’s News

After winning the ‘New Presenter of the Year Award’ at the International Fitness Showcase in 2006, my life has been completely crazy. I did  a UK tour with Scott Miller which proved to be a major success.

I my opinion I do not class this as a job! I love it! Teaching  and presenting is an amazing experience and it’s the crowd and the music that create this energy.

Seeing all those happy faces looking back at you is an indescribable feeling.

My advice to anyone out there who would like to get teaching fitness world is, just do it, go for it. You will never look back.
The main thing is to be yourself and enjoy it. Take all the advice you can and never stop learning.

Although I still have a lot to learn I hope this will become a long and successful career.
