Q. Who can order CDs?
A. You must be an instructor or studying to be an instructor, non-UK instructors can also order CDs and are not bound by UK licensing laws.
Q. What is the UK licensing laws all about?
A. UK customers need to have a PPL licence to use this music as an accompaniment to exercise to music This money is used to pay the artists. PPL are the organisation that collects this fee through us click here for more details.
Q. How do I order a CD as a UK customer?
A. Register as a member here and then make a fast track order and we will bundle your membership details with your CD order and ship it out same day where possible.
Q. I live in outside the UK can I still order CDs?

Q. I am an exercise to music student can I buy your CD’s?
A. Yes you can, you will exempt from paying your PPL Licence while you are studying just register as a student member here and then make a fast track order and we will send your CD order and ship it out same day where possible.
Q. What happens, as a student, when I pass my exercise to music course?
A. Register as a full member this will be an annual fee of £99.00 for your licence and admin and then you can use the CDs that have already bought form us and buy future CDs from us.
Q. How often do the CDs come out?
A. On average we have about 3 new compilations every month.
Q. Are the CDs phrased in 32 count cycles?
A. Yes you will be happy knowing that there will be no surprises in the music. In fact the music will enhance your teaching skills.
Q. I am with another music provider and I have a PPL Licence can I still buy your CD’s?
A. Unfortunately PPL Licensing laws say that you have to have a PPL licence with Solid Sound UK to use Solid Sound music.
Q. I bought a CD and I don’t like it can I change it?
A. This is a difficult one as we do not want to just be exchanging CDs all day so we will only exchange on a like for like basis if the CD is faulty. A small minority spoilt this for the majority in the past as a result we now have to adhere to this rule, so our advice would be to listen to the CD carefully on our player and choose carefully.

Q. What happens if the CD I want is out of stock?
A. We will place this on back order and will do our best to get it to you as soon as it arrives. In the event it is no longer available we will do our best to offer an alternative.

A. No we can offer you other discounted products just visit our shop

Q. How about License free music do you have those too?
A. Yes this will be in the Soundz Gr8 section- we currently have relaxation CDs which are not bound by PPL licensing laws.
Q. Do you organise workshops for instructors.
A. UK leading fitness & dance expert Kardy Laguda runs a great workshop programme send your details here to the office and we will inform you when and where they will take place.
Q. How about conventions do you do these also?
A. We do not organise them but we do partner with event organisers see our classes and workshops page for up and coming events where you will be able to meet the faces of Solid Sound.
